DESCRIPTION:Export…in pillole\nFiscalità internazionale: le precauzioni da prendere per evitare accertamenti in materia di esterovestizione\, CFC e transfer price \nIn un mercato sempre più globalizzato le relazioni internazionali diventano sempre più numerose e\, di conseguenza\, crescono anche le problematiche fiscali ad esse connesse. \nLe imprese tendono\, con maggiore frequenza rispetto al passato\, ad affacciarsi sui mercati internazionali con strumenti di investimento diretto ed è proprio in queste ipotesi che possono nascere problematiche di fiscalità internazionale derivanti da criteri di collegamento del reddito\, dal tax planning e da particolari discipline afferenti ad esempio il transfer pricing\, l’esterovestizione o la normativa CFC.\nQualora si voglia avviare un’attività all’estero\, prima di intraprendere qualsiasi azione è di fondamentale importanza analizzare tutte le problematiche che potrebbero scaturire dai rapporti infragruppo e porsi una serie di domande preventive del tipo:\ncome voglio operare all’estero? Con una branch o con una vera e propria società partecipata?\ndove voglio localizzare la società/branch estera?\ncome si compone la governance della società/branch estera?
